Trademarkmyname.com is an independent marketing entity that has been sponsored by the National Trademark Center, LLC. Trademarkmyname.com assumes no respnsibilities for the legal services performed by the National Trademark Center.


National Trademark Center terms and conditions will provide all services according to the following terms and conditions.

(1) All sales shall be final upon the acceptance and processing of payment from the client.

(2) National Trademark Center, LLC., agree to provide their best efforts in performing all services hereunder.

(3) The client shall be responsible for all government filing fees and shall be billed at the time any services requiring the payment of a government fee is requested.

(4) There shall be no refunds, except:

(a) Prepaid government fees shall be refunded in situations where the client chooses not to proceed with a filing; and

(b) Those clients who pay for the $499 Comprehensive Package and whose marks fail to clear shall be provided additional searches, at no additional expense, until a mark is cleared.

(5) These terms shall be construed according to the Laws of the Commonwealth by Pennsylvania.
