Mr. Bodner is a native of New York. He received his
bachelor's degree, magna cum laude and his law degree from New York University
School of Law.
Mr. Bodner has been a member of the New York bar since
1983. He specializes in all facets of intellectual
property work, including US and international
trademark, copyright and design counseling,
maintenance and enforcement worldwide, IT, domain name
registration and maintenance,
licensing/distribution/franchise arrangements and
agreements and litigation. His experience includes
responsibility for all worldwide intellectual property
rights and all related licensing, advertising and
litigation for major international consumer products
companies.
In addition to litigating intellectual property cases
in both the United States and abroad, Mr. Bodner
supervised the international trademark and copyright
programs of major international companies and the
licensing and merchandising campaigns of U.S.
entertainment conglomerates abroad. |
